Post-High School Goals:
Currently, I do not have any specific plans/goals for after high school. However, I would hope to (maybe) apply for a college I'mm interested in. Preferably major in something I am passionate about. Graduate, pursue a career, and have a durable life style. I'm still pondering if I should go to college still, though. Since Tony Brummel mentioned in the article, "College is Worth the Cost-pros and cons", "being successful... is absolutely not contingent on having a bachelor's degree... or any type of degree...". Therefore, I am still hesitant on the idea of applying for colleges.

Is College Worth the Price?:
Personally, I believe that college is worth the cost because they provide courses in order for someone to seek their desired career. Also, college prepares adolescents during their transition into becoming adults. Thus, college introduces adulthood to late teenagers. Additionally, Emma Kerr states that, "the average college graduate earns a salary that is over $30,000 more than an average worker with only a high school diploma...". In other words, going to college increases the chances for someone to have a stable life. Consequently, college is worth the cost due to its many benefits for students.

What Should Change:
Although I think college is worth the price, I don't quite understand why college costs vary between states. To clarify, why are out-of-state students required to pay more than in-state ones? To me, there is no purpose of that. Furthermore, several people don't come from affluent families, making it harder for students out-of-state to pay for tuition. Hence why I think the cost of college should stay the same, no matter where a person is located.
